Paris Carver, played by Teri Hatcher is introduced as the wife to the media moguel Elliott Carver in Tomorrow Never Dies. Bond uses his previous relationship with Paris Carver in order to investigate Elliott Carver's association with the recent happenings in the South China Seas. Tomorrow Never Dies doesn't reveal much detail into the past between Paris and Bond, but it would seem that they were very close to having a lengthy relationship which in Bond's legacy would seem quite the achievement.
